What is Starging?

Starging designs and safeguards Integrated Value Systems. It acts as the authority of economic admissibility for IVS: defining the conditions under which observable productive evidence may enter valuation and financial processes without becoming detached from reality.

01 · WHAT

System architect and custodian.

Starging is not a bank, investment fund, or rating agency. It designs the architecture, rules, and custody conditions that connect observable reality with economically admissible value.

02 · ORIGIN

Conceived by Franco Righetti.

Architect of IVSHe conceived Starging as an institutional response to the structural distance between real production, evidence, valuation, and capital.

03 · HEADQUARTERS

Miami, Florida.

United StatesIts central headquarters anchors an architecture designed for hemispheric operation and progressive global scale.

04 · PURPOSE

Reduce uncertainty from reality to capital.

Its purpose is to make productive reality observable, evidence traceable, risk more measurable, and value admissible within a governed financial infrastructure.

From reality to capital.

IVS structures a verifiable sequence: it observes production, converts data into evidence, measures risk, and admits value within a custody architecture.

A layered architecture.

Each layer performs a defined function. Admissibility membranes coordinate the transfer of information, value, and responsibility between them.

Layer 0 · Economic Perimeter

Reality before its representation.

Defines what exists, what can be observed, and the perimeter under which production enters the economic system.

Observable reality · Verifiable value

Reality takes economic form.

Observation converts physical production into measurable evidence; evidence reduces uncertainty and enables admissible valuation.

Designed for scale. Built for progressive bankability.

The architecture targets a twenty-year deployment. Initial structuring capital is intended to build the institutional and technical capacity needed to seek progressive financing.

Economic admissibility demonstrator

Testing the path from observable crop to financeable asset.

The vineyard demonstrator illustrates how soil, vigor, and canopy observations could inform uncertainty, risk, and valuation of a standing crop. The crop is the proposed asset; the land is not valued here.

Demonstration with synthetic data. The images are illustrative. This presentation does not establish a verified crop valuation, empirical validation, or lending approval, and is not a purchase or credit offer. Any financing outcome requires independently verifiable evidence and the relevant institutional assessment.

Authority of Economic Admissibility

Starging does not issue an opinion on value. It defines the conditions under which value may be admitted.

Bankability test proposal · English

From Observable Reality to Bankable Evidence

A testable hypothesis for measuring whether additional traceable evidence changes uncertainty, risk, and financeability in an existing productive asset. It proposes a test, not an investment, and does not assume a positive outcome.
